Release of PocketMV version 0.3.0
1. Increase the road width/thickness for zoom scale below 300m
2. Implement the use of using PDA's hardware button for quick command like zoom in/out, panning etc (configurable)
3. Rectified the speed display bug.
4. Choosing of different Garmin Map Levels at any zoom scale.

5. Minor improvement to more PocketPC look (for PocketPC users only)
Toolbar is shifted below so that the screen view will not be blocked when clicking
User interface of the GPS information has improved

11. More stable GPS (some user complaint that the GPS causes the application to exit or GPS location suddenly jumps to outer space).
a)The track up feature has improved.
b)The auto map rotation is smoother.
c)Direction of travel is now parallel to the road most of the time.
d)User is now able to chose which point on the screen he want to GPS location to be "locked/pin" (currently only center of the screen) by using the push pin. User is now able to see more by positioning the GPS location at the bottom of the screen with the Track up function.

13. Remembering of the last position. The software is able to open the map it it last viewed position when the same map is being loaded.
14. Partial manual routing. User is able to add waypoint and route/track (no saving and loading yet). I need more feedback from users.
